Peter Quinn
Lead Vocals, Harmonicas
Also sings in acoustic acts, Still performs with Jump N’ The Saddle band, sings jingles and commercial projects. Wrote and sang prior National Hit that went gold on Atlantic Records, with “The Curly Shuffle” about the Three Stooges with Jump N’ The Saddle band. Influenced by many including Taj Mahal, Muddy Waters and other blues artists, but has his own original, strong vocal style, and subtle, melodic harp technique. Plays Lee Oscar harmonicas, using Shure Green Bullet mics with either a Fender Blues Jr. for very small venues, or a Tweed Fender Hot Rod Deville 212 with 1/3 octave EQ in most live situations. He likes Shure Beta 87 for vocals and acoustic harp live; and Sennheiser 441 (acoustic) and various Astatic and other vintage mics with a Fender Bassman head (electric) or Pro Tools Amp Farm in the studio.
